Image Disclosure
Although we make every effort to have our images accurately reflect the product described it is not always possible. At times we are forced to show an entire combination set (top, bottom and side cabinet) when the item being sold is only one of the individual pieces. At other times we are not able to show the product in the correct color. This is due to the factories only providing us with limited images. Please make sure to always carefully read the product description.
Accepted Methods of Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Personal & Business Checks. Orders paid by check will be held until the check clears, typically 10 days. To help protect our clients on some orders we may require that a photocopy of both the front and back of the credit card be faxed to us prior to the order being shipped.
Shipping Policy
Freight Terms
  • Freight is prepaid for small package shipments greater than $350.00, and truck shipments greater than $750.00 from any www.AutoToolsInc.com warehouse.
  • Freight prepaid terms do not apply to special orders, direct shipments or shipments outside of the continental United States.
  • Certain freight intensive items are FOB shipping point (some compressors, bead blasting cabinets, valve machines, etc.)
  • Certain additional fees for truck shipments are not covered under the prepaid terms (lift-gate, residential delivery, non-network carriers, etc.). These fees will either be billed at time of order, or after delivery.
  • www.AutoToolsInc.com uses FedEx or UPS for cartons/items weighing 70 lbs. or less.
  • Requested added service or unapproved carrier fees will be added to all shipments.
  • Minimum Order - $25 (a handling charge of $2.95 will be added to all orders less than $25.00)
Freight Shipments Damage and Loss
  • Please be aware that freight delivery shipments often encounter rough handling resulting in damage or loss. In order to hold the freight companies accountable, the shipment must be thoroughly inspected before signing the delivery document. This includes inspecting for concealed damage.
  • Whether the shipment will be received by you, a colleague, a family member or a customer it must be inspected.
  • Damaged shipments must be refused or notated on the delivery document.
Free Freight
Many of our items have a “free shipping” promotion. Free shipping applies only to our standard shipping services. Standard shipping does not include residential delivery charges or lift fees that can be associated with shipping larger by freight truck. Orders processed without freight will be charged actual shipping expenses in the event of a return, and these shipping charges are not subject to return credit. Free freight promotions apply to the continental US only. Residential delivery and lift gate services both have additional costs. Please contact customer service to see what those fees would be for your area.
Freight Claims
All products that arrive via common carrier freight must be inspected prior to signing for the product. If your product arrives damaged you must refuse delivery, note the damage on the bill of lading. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PROTECTION although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify and contact AutoToolsInc.com immediately so that we may be of some assistance. Once you accept damaged freight AutoToolsInc.com will be unable to help you with a freight claim.
Undisclosed Shortages
In cases where you have received the proper amount of cartons from the carrier but discover errors or shortages in unpacking, notify us immediately. Claims must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancelation
You may cancel an order at any time without incurring any shipping and/or restocking fees prior to an order being shipped. Orders that have been shipped but not yet received by you cannot be cancelled. You can, however, return the merchandise without being charged any restocking fees as long as the return is processed according the our returns policy.
Returns Policy
New Returns
www.AutoToolsInc.com will gladly accept any new returned item purchased from www.AutoToolsInc.com stock provided it is in sellable condition. New returns must be returned in their original box or packaging, and must not be shelf worn, deteriorated, torn or otherwise not saleable in its condition or appearance.
There will be no restocking fee if the return is within 15 days from date of purchase.
Customers may return any Product purchased www.AutoToolsInc.com for any reason within 15 days of delivery, provided it is in new and sellable condition and returned in accordance with our returns guidelines. To return a Product, Customer must call 888.289.1952 or email a return request to sales@autotoolsinc.com to request a Return Goods Authorization form ("RMA"). The RMA will provide detailed instructions on the return process.
RMA numbers will only be valid for 10 days from the date the RMA number was issued. If the product is not in transit before the end of the 10th day you must call to receive a new RMA number. Any item that is returned with an expired RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.
There will be no restocking fee*** if the return is within 30 days from date of item receipt and the product is returned in accordance with our returns guidelines.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of item receipt.
Special orders purchased from AutoToolsInc are not returnable for credit.
Returns Preparations Guidelines
In order to better serve you and to facilitate speedy, accurate returns processing we ask that you prepare your returns by adhering to the following guidelines:

We will not be able process any return or exchange with this information.

A Return Authorization number (RA) must accompany all returns. Any item being returned without an RA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. Please contact your www.AutoToolsInc.com sales or customer service representative for this number. Prepare an itemized list of all items being returned (part number, quantity), and indicate the reason for return, i.e. new, broken/defective, etc. Record the RA # provided your AutoToolsInc Sales Representative on the itemized list of all items being returned.
  • Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Any item being returned without an RA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
  • Many of our products come with free shipping, if you return a product that received free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
  • www.AutoToolsInc.com cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Please be sure to properly package and insure all return shipments.
  • www.AutoToolsInc.com requires that you return your Product with prepaid insurance using UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or Parcel Post. Strictly Toolboxes will not accept any shipment sent C.O.D.
  • Credit will be less freight and any applicable restocking fees. Orders processed without freight, or where freight has been waived, will be charged actual shipping expenses in the event of a return, and these shipping charges are not subject to return credit.
  • We can only refund money to the original purchaser. If item was received as a gift the items may be exchanged for different items. The original purchaser must initiate refunds.
Broken or Warranty Claim Returns
www.AutoToolsInc.com will honor all broken or warranty claim products in accordance with the manufacturers warranties and policies.
www.AutoToolsInc.com will not be responsible for items returned as broken or warranty claim that are refused by the manufacturer due to abuse.
www.AutoToolsInc.com can only issue a credit for broken or warranty claim items if the manufacturer determines the item to be a valid claim.
Repair under Warranty Returns
www.AutoToolsInc.com will assist our customers with their warranty repairs, provided that the item was either purchased from www.AutoToolsInc.com or is from a manufacturer supplying www.AutoToolsInc.com, by sending them to our choice of warranty/repair centers.
If the item is within warranty, as determined by the manufacturer, then the item will be repaired at no cost and will be returned to the customer at no cost.
If the manufacturer denies warranty repair and the customer wants the item returned, the customer will be responsible for the diagnostic/estimate fees from the repair center, as well as the cost of shipping the item from www.AutoToolsInc.com to the customer. Be advised that the item will likely be returned disassembled.
Out of Warranty but Repairable Returns
www.AutoToolsInc.com will be happy to help our customers with their repairs by sending them to our choice of warranty/repairs centers. The item will be repaired without obtaining customer authorization provided that the repair charge is less than 50% of the price of new item and under $100.00. Repairs over 50% of the price of a new item or over $100 will require customer approval prior to repairs being performed.
If an estimate is denied by the customer and the customer wants the item returned, the customer will be responsible for all charges from the repair center (diagnostic/estimate fees, shipping, and other charges) as well as the cost of shipping from www.AutoToolsInc.com to the customer. Be advised that the item will likely be returned disassembled.
