Many of our items have a "free shipping" promotion. Free shipping applies only to our standard shipping services. Standard shipping does not include residential delivery charges or lift fees that can be associated with shipping larger items by freight truck. Residential delivery and lift gate services both have additional costs. Residential delivery has a $25 service fee, lift gate delivery has a $50 service fee. All products that arrive via common carrier freight must be inspected prior to signing for the product. If your product arrives damaged you must refuse delivery, note the damage on the bill of lading. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PROTECTION although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify and contact StrictlyToolBoxes.com immediately so that we may be of some assistance. Once you accept damaged freight StrictlyToolBoxes.com will be unable to help you with a freight claim.

Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. If the Product was damaged in transit and the damage was concealed by packaging Strictly Toolboxes requires that you hold the Product and original packaging and call the carrier for inspection and pick-up. All damaged claims must be filed within 24 hours of receiving product.
